4. Service Terms

Services are provided under a separate written contract or invoice issued prior to the wedding date. The following general conditions apply unless otherwise stated in that contract:

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 30%) is required to secure a date.

• Final payment is due no later than 14 days before the event.

• Ibiza Wedding Content retains the right to use edited content (with client consent) for portfolio and promotional purposes.

• Raw footage remains the property of Ibiza Wedding Content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations

In the event of cancellation by the client:

• More than 90 days before the event: deposit is forfeited.

• 30-90 days before the event: 50% of the total fee is due.

• Fewer than 30 days before the event: 100% of the total fee is due.

In the event of cancellation by Ibiza Wedding Content for reasons beyond our control (illness, force majeure), the deposit will be refunded in full or the booking rescheduled at the client's preference.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ibiza Wedding Content will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (extreme weather, equipment failure due to force majeure, etc.).

Maximum liability in any event is limited to the amount paid by the client for the contracted service.

This website may contain links to external websites. Ibiza Wedding Content is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Ibiza (Islas Baleares), Spain, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
